Our large covered deck allows for outdoor fresh air playtime even on the rainiest of days, keeping the dogs clean, dry and healthy. Our cozy home offers A/C and an Air Purifying system for fresh filtered air.
If you’d like to tour the facility during pack hours, inside and out, for access into the dog area, so you can join the pack in their environment- just ask Mimi to assess you to see if you have enough Pack leadership to handle a pack of dogs!
BED & BUDDIES BOARDING
Our in home boarding service offers dog daycare during weekdays and full access to our home, and cozy comfort during evenings on the couch, and weekends with outings to the park. You will need to register with the membership application to qualify for a spot. Our guests must be dog friendly, well trained and house trained, unless it's a puppy that crate trains at night. And we only have 2 spots at one time, so book ahead.
Member rate
$60 / 24hrs - 8 am to 8 am Weekdays
9 am to 9 am Saturday to Sunday
15% discount after 7 nights with an additional 20% discount after 4 days +
Weekday board with checkout in the afternoon 8 am to 7 am $40 (no additional after hours charged for later p/u)
Weekend day board 9 am - 4 pm $40 (no additional after hours charged for later p/u, max 3 hrs)
STAT additional $10/day for the stat day only

Billing & Payment Terms
To ensure a transparent and efficient service process:

Deposits: A partial deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.

Payment Deadlines: All invoices are due prior to start of service or the start of a new month for members.

Installment Plans: For larger, ongoing services, flexible milestone-based payment plans are available.
Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Procedures:
Deadline for cancelling a class or private session can receive a refund if notice is received via email within 48 hours of start of the class and private session. You can reschedule your classes or private session anytime before the 48-hours, or you will not qualify for a refund.
Deposits & Payment: Deposit of 30% is required to secure a spot and full payment is due at the start of class, private session, in home boarding or board & train.
No-Show Fees: No refund will be issued if you are a no show for a private sessions, and missing class without notice will not be refunded as the class has moved on to the next part of the program. Speak to Mimi to get instructions to catch up at home.
Vaccination Requirements: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required, including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus), and Bordetella.
Assessment Requirements: Mandatory requirements for booking any service must be confirmed with a verbal or in person behaviour assessment, and decided by Mimi based on each individual case.
