No fields of mud... or warehouse. We have blue skies, a 400 sq ft covered deck and a 3K sq,ft dog shangrila on soft turf. And that's just the outside!

Our large covered deck allows for outdoor fresh air playtime even on the rainiest of days, keeping the dogs clean, dry and healthy. Our cozy home offers A/C and an Air Purifying system for fresh filtered air.
If you’d like to tour the facility during pack hours, inside and out, for access into the dog area, so you can join the pack in their environment- just ask Mimi to assess you to see if you have enough Pack leadership to handle a pack of dogs!
DAYCARE MEMBERSHIP
Assessment
Our assessment is done by our trainer and behaviourist Mimi, and can be a free short meet & greet or a trial day, depending on initial assessment, previous socialization, and your pack leader skills and training.
Trial Day
A trial day will be needed if your dog exhibits fear jor anxiety, or if it's their first time socializing. It will allow us to see how serious the fear or anxiety is, and if it can be worked with, or if you will need behavioural modification training for you and the dog.
A puppy might show signs of this, but because they are more adaptable the younger they are, they don't need a meet and greet. A trial is Max 8 hours for a puppy, and can be booked within our open hours of 6 am-7 pm, with respect to our regularly scheduled nap from 11 am to 1 pm. If you sign up for a package for 2 or more days a week, your trial day will go towards your package.

Our membership gives you access to our PM packages, a full day of 13 hours, a regularly scheduled set of days a week, billed monthly until you give notice. Or our flexible attendance using our BARK card program. (Punch cards) They are good for 2 months from date of purchase and allows you a flexible schedule with minimum notice to attend.

Billing & Payment Terms
To ensure a transparent and efficient service process:

Deposits: A partial deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.

Payment Deadlines: All invoices are due prior to start of service or the start of a new month for members.

Installment Plans: For larger, ongoing services, flexible milestone-based payment plans are available.
Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Procedures:
Deadline for cancelling a class or private session can receive a refund if notice is received via email within 48 hours of start of the class and private session. You can reschedule your classes or private session anytime before the 48-hours, or you will not qualify for a refund.
Deposits & Payment: Deposit of 30% is required to secure a spot and full payment is due at the start of class, private session, in home boarding or board & train.
No-Show Fees: No refund will be issued if you are a no show for a private sessions, and missing class without notice will not be refunded as the class has moved on to the next part of the program. Speak to Mimi to get instructions to catch up at home.
Vaccination Requirements: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required, including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus), and Bordetella.
Assessment Requirements: Mandatory requirements for booking any service must be confirmed with a verbal or in person behaviour assessment, and decided by Mimi based on each individual case.
